Harvested in November, when temperatures are lower and the fruit begins to change colour, OLI is a fruity, ripe, impeccable oil, of medium intensity and very sweet, with marked flavours of almond, artichoke and banana. Its colour, aroma and flavour... it works its magic! On average, 6 kg of Arbequina are needed to obtain 1 litre of L'OLI.
IDEAL FOR...
OLI is very versatile for everyday use, whether eaten raw or cooked. It adds a subtle touch to simmered dishes and roasted potatoes. Particularly recommended for tempura, desserts or pastries.
