About
Our salt comes from the salt marshes of the Ebro Delta. It is pure salt, harvested using traditional techniques. Black truffle salt is a Cuadrat Valley creation that combines the delicate marine flavour of Ebro Delta salt with the finesse of truffles. This product goes perfectly with burrata, salads, fish, grilled meat or vegetables.
